These terms and conditions govern the rental of golf equipment and related services provided by Golf Concierge SA. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Rental Agreement

All bookings constitute a rental agreement between the client and Golf Concierge SA. The agreement commences upon confirmation of payment and acceptance of the booking by Golf Concierge SA.

Rental periods are calculated from the agreed delivery time until the agreed collection time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.

2. Bookings & Payment

Bookings must be made in advance through the website or by contacting our concierge team directly. Full payment is required to secure a reservation.

Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer and secure card payment. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before delivery receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or failure to collect the rental set at the agreed time are treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

4. Delivery & Collection

Golf Concierge SA delivers rental sets to hotels, lodges, golf courses, and other agreed locations within our service areas across Johannesburg.

Delivery and collection times are agreed upon at booking. Clients must be available at the agreed location during the scheduled delivery and collection windows. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

5. Equipment Care & Damage

Rental equipment must be used solely for the purpose of playing golf and treated with reasonable care. The client is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until collection.

Clients are liable for the repair or replacement cost of equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. A refundable security deposit may be required at the discretion of Golf Concierge SA.

6. Liability

Golf Concierge SA provides tournament-grade equipment that is inspected before each rental. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the use of the rental equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Clients are advised to carry their own personal insurance covering sporting equipment and personal injury.

7. Age & Eligibility

Renters must be at least 18 years of age. By booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

Golf Concierge SA reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
